AUTHOR GUIDELINES

Paper Submission Guidelines
All submissions should be written in English. A full paper should not have more than six (6) IEEE style pages (10-point font) including results, figures and references. For more information on the submission guidelines including page limit, font size, templates, etc, please click here. 

Papers will be reviewed with the standard reviewing procedure (with at least 3 independent anonymous reviews). ​Accepted papers will be published on IEEExplore. The best accepted paper will receive the Best Paper Award and an extended version will be consided for publication on the International Journal on E-Health and Medical Communications.

Co-located Special Issues
Revised and extended version of best papers will be considered for publication on the following special issues:
- International Journal on E-Health and Medical Communications, IGI-Global 
- Elsevier IRBM
- Network protocols and algorithms, Macrothink Institute
- Recent Patents on Telecommunications, Bentham Science Publishers
